Requirements/Responsibilities
-Responding to customer inquiries: Promptly addressing customer questions and concerns that come through the live chat feature on the website.
-Providing product information: Explaining features, benefits, and pricing of products or services to potential customers.
-Troubleshooting issues: Identifying and resolving customer problems related to orders, accounts, or service usage.
-Order processing: Assisting customers with placing orders through the online platform.
-Customer account management: Updating customer information and managing account details as needed.
-Escalating complex issues: Identifying issues that require further assistance from other departments and transferring customer interactions accordingly.
-Maintaining customer satisfaction: Ensuring a positive and helpful interaction with each customer through timely responses and professional demeanor.
Required skills:
-Excellent communication skills: Clear and concise writing, active listening, ability to explain complex information in simple terms.
-Typing proficiency: Fast and accurate typing to keep up with real-time chat interactions.
-Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze customer issues, identify solutions, and implement them effectively.
-Technical proficiency: Familiarity with live chat software and company internal systems.
-Customer service orientation: Strong focus on providing a positive customer experience.
-Ability to multitask: Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
