Position: Dinner & Closing Pizza Maker
Location: Uptown Minneapolis
Shifts: Evening to Late Night (including weekends)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Handcrafting pizzas, Topperstix, and other menu items with speed and accuracy
Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen at all times
Working as part of a team to handle high-volume rushes
Closing down the kitchen properly at the end of the night
Prepping for the next day to set the team up for success
Delivering great vibes and even better customer experiences

-We are open until 3:00 AM, and closing shifts typically run until 4:00–5:00 AM depending on business and cleaning needs
-This is a fast-paced, high-energy role—you’ll be moving, multitasking, and staying focused
-Late nights are part of the job—this is not your typical 9–5

-Hardworking mindset – You don’t shy away from getting your hands dirty
-Positive attitude – You bring energy and help keep the team motivated
-Team player – You communicate and work well with others
-Pizza or kitchen experience preferred (but we can train the right person)
