### Team Leader / Assistant General Manager

**Pay:** Up to **$16–$20/hour** plus tips

**Responsibilities**

* Assist with daily restaurant operations
* Lead and support team members
* Complete an 8–12 week Manager in Training program
* Eligible for profit-sharing bonuses after Assistant General Manager certification

* Oversee all restaurant operations
* Manage staffing, hiring, training, scheduling, and financial performance
* Lead and develop the restaurant team

Average annual earnings for General Managers range from **$50,000–$80,000+**, depending on performance and bonuses.
