**Day Shift Customer Service Representative (Insider)**
Toppers Pizza is hiring a Day Shift Customer Service Representative (Insider) to help prepare the store for daily operations and provide excellent customer service.
**Schedule**
* Wednesday–Sunday
* 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
* Approximately 30 hours per week
**Pay**
* Starting at **$14.50/hour** with an active ServSafe Certification
**Responsibilities**
* Complete daily food prep
* Make fresh dough each day
* Answer phones and assist customers
* Help prepare and coordinate large orders
* Maintain a clean, organized work area
* Work as part of a fast-paced team
**Requirements**
* Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* ServSafe Certification preferred (higher starting pay available)
* Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required

• Prepare our delicious food for our Toppers fanatics
• Take orders in person and over the phone
• Prep for the day and night by making dough and pizza sauce and cutting our fresh veggie toppings (which are all important pieces as to why we deliver on our promise of serving only high-quality food)
• Stock ingredients in the various work stations including the walk-in cooler
• Clean equipment and the store
• Prepare our delicious food for our Toppers fanatics
