Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- 3+ years bartending experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Proven ability to maintain high service standards
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Core Responsibilities
- Execute cocktail preparation with precision, consistency, and speed
- Deliver exceptional guest service and bar engagement
- Assist with weekly inventory counts and stock organization
- Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and operational readiness
- Communicate supply needs and assist with bar standards orders
- Support training of new bartenders and uphold service standards
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines
