Key Responsibilities
Assist patients, members, and customers with general questions and service requests.
Respond to incoming calls, messages, and inquiries professionally and courteously.
Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, accounts, and general healthcare-related inquiries within established guidelines.
Document customer interactions and update information accurately in company systems.
Help resolve routine concerns and escalate more complex issues when appropriate.
Protect confidential customer and patient information and follow company privacy procedures.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal team members.
Complete administrative and customer-service tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
No previous healthcare or customer service experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong communication and active-listening skills.
Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Ability to learn new software and systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
Ability to work independently while meeting established performance expectations.
