Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer questions and provide helpful, professional support

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but entry-level applicants are welcome
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional, friendly, and dependable attitude
Basic computer and internet skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
