Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items according to Skillet’z Cafe recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all dishes are properly plated and presented before serving
• Manage multiple orders and coordinate with other kitchen staff during busy hours
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
• Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen
• Restock and prep stations before and after shifts
• Assist with inventory management, reporting any shortages to kitchen management

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar kitchen role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction well
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
