Position Overview:
As a Spray Foam Technician, you will play a crucial role in our insulation installation projects. You will work alongside experienced technicians to apply spray foam insulation to residential, commercial, and industrial structures. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of worksites by setting up equipment, ensuring proper ventilation, and protecting surrounding areas from overspray.
* Support senior technicians in the application of spray foam insulation using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Safely handle and maintain equipment, including spray foam rigs, hoses, and pumps.
* Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve desired insulation thickness and coverage.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of chemicals.
* Participate in on-the-job training and skill development opportunities to enhance proficiency in spray foam application techniques.
* Assist in clean-up and disposal of materials following completion of insulation installations.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report progress, challenges, and any issues encountered during projects.
