Responsibilities:

❖Deliver friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service at all times

❖Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves, displays, and food stations

❖Assist in receiving and organizing inventory, including fresh, refrigerated, and dry goods

❖Prepare and package grab-and-go food items in compliance with safety and quality standards

❖Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently during customer transactions

❖Support store opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and restocking

❖Answer customer questions about products, promotions, and store features

❖Uphold all health and safety guidelines, including food handling and sanitation practices

❖Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment


Skills:
❖Prior experience in grocery, food service, or retail preferred but not required

❖Passion for food, community, and customer service

❖Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
❖Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

❖Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

❖Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive team player
