Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in deli, bakery, or food service management

Strong knowledge of food safety standards and fresh food handling

Proven experience managing and motivating employees

Inventory management and ordering experience

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented



Key Responsibilities

Manage daily deli and bakery operations

Oversee inventory control, ordering, and receiving

Maintain freshness logs, temperature logs, and food safety records

Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations are followed

Lead, train, schedule, and supervise deli/bakery staff

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns

Maintain product quality, presentation, and merchandising standards

Control waste, shrink, and labor costs

Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members
