Description
The primary purpose of a Baker is to produce a large variety of cakes, cookies, pastries and more in our bakery department. The baker will provide the freshest breads and sweetest treats to provide our customers a perfect choice for breakfast, lunch, dinner and beyond.

Requirements/Responsibilities
1. Mixing, preparing and baking bread and pastries.
2. Ensuring all baked goods are completed on time for opening.
3. Open the bakery every morning.
4. Arranging the display cases/tables in an appealing manner.
5. Handle food safely and keep everything fresh and clean.
6. Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation standards in compliance with store policy and state and local health regulations on an ongoing basis.
7. Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
8. Able to exert or lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and exert or lift negligible amounts of wight often.
9. Perform other duties as requested by management.
