Delivery & Customer Service

Deliver orders to customers promptly, safely, and accurately.

Follow all traffic laws and drive responsibly at all times.

Verify orders before leaving the store to help ensure accuracy.

Provide friendly, professional service and represent Toppers Pizza positively at every delivery.

Communicate with the team regarding delivery times, customer requests, and any issues that arise.

Handle customer payments and follow company procedures for cash, receipts, and order completion.

Inside Store Operations
When you’re not on a delivery, you’re expected to help keep the store productive and running efficiently. Responsibilities include:

Making fresh dough daily and following proper preparation procedures.

Prepping ingredients and stocking supplies.

Making, baking, and cutting pizzas while following Toppers quality standards.

Answering phones and assisting customers when needed.

Keeping workstations, equipment, and the kitchen clean and organized.

Completing cleaning tasks and other assigned duties during slower periods.

Helping with opening, closing, and restocking tasks as assigned.

Marketing & Team Support

Assist with local marketing efforts, including distributing menus, flyers, and promotional materials as directed.

Help maintain a positive relationship with local customers and the community.

Support coworkers and jump in wherever help is needed.

Stay productive during downtime instead of waiting to be assigned every task.

Job Expectations

We’re looking for drivers who understand that being part of the Toppers team means taking ownership of their work.

Reliability: Arrive on time, ready to work, and prepared for scheduled dinner and weekend shifts.

Safe driving: Maintain a valid driver’s license, meet company driving requirements, and maintain a safe driving record. Follow all traffic laws and never compromise safety to make a delivery faster.

Efficiency: Deliver orders promptly while following the safest and most effective routes.

Teamwork: Understand that delivery drivers are also team members inside the store. When deliveries slow down, help with food preparation, cleaning, and other operational tasks.

Initiative: Look for things that need to be done and take action without constant supervision.

Cleanliness: Maintain a clean work environment and follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.

Positive attitude: Treat customers and coworkers with respect, communicate professionally, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Accountability: Follow company policies, complete assigned duties, handle orders and payments accurately, and take responsibility for your work.

Flexibility: Be willing to switch between delivery driving, food preparation, customer service, and cleaning as business needs change.
