We’re seeking a motivated and hands-on General Manager in Training (GMIT) to join our team and learn the ins and outs of leading a high-performing quick service restaurant. This role is designed for individuals with strong leadership potential who are eager to develop their operational, financial, and team management skills while working closely with experienced leaders.

Key Responsibilities
Learn and master all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial management.
Assist in leading, motivating, and developing team members to meet performance goals and uphold company standards.
Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Support the implementation of marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement efforts.
Analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Model leadership behaviors that foster a positive, results-oriented workplace culture.
Qualifications
2+ years of restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred (QSR or fast casual experience a plus).
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
High level of accountability, integrity, and professionalism.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
