Customer Education and Support:
- Engage with customers to provide personalized wellness advice and recommendations on herbal-based products and organic remedies.
- Answer customer questions related to nutrition, health goals, and product benefits in an approachable and professional manner.
- Craft and serve innovative herbal-based beverages, educating customers on the health benefits of ingredients used in each drink.
- Host tastings and demonstrations to showcase mixology skills and promote product knowledge.
Retail Operations:
- Assist with daily retail operations, including customer service, stocking shelves, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Support sales by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, handle cash, and process payments accurately.
- Ensure the bar area is well-stocked and organized, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a strong understanding of all Leaf Cafe products, including hemp-based items, supplements, and organic remedies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and research in nutrition, wellness, and natural health solutions.
- Develop and continuously refine signature beverages that align with health trends and customer preferences.
Community Engagement:
- Represent Leaf Cafe at local events, health fairs, and community activities to promote our mission and educate the public on the benefits of our products.
- Build relationships with customers to foster loyalty and a sense of community around health and wellness.
- Collaborate with local wellness practitioners and organizations to create community-focused events centered around mixology and healthy living.
Qualifications:
- Certification or degree in Herbal Remedies, Nutrition, Health Education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in customer service or retail, with a passion for educating and inspiring others.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, natural health, and the benefits of herbal-based products.
- Mixology experience or relevant bartending certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently on night-time shifts.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be 21+ years of age.
