We are seeking a hard-working and passionate HTeaO General Manager to oversee operations.

The HTeaO General Manager is responsible for the overall operation and profitability of the store, including employee relations, inventory management, cleanliness, food safety and cash handling requirements. The General Manager should be a self-motivated individual who is committed to creating a positive workplace environment that attracts, hires and retains valuable team members to deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires flexible work hours, strong communication skills and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet guest and team member needs.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
1 year QSR/Restaurant Management/Cash Handling/Retail Sales experience preferred
Oklahoma Food Manager Certification or ability to get certified

Responsibilities:
Manage controllable costs including labor, waste and inventory.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Clearly communicates store goals and holds team accountable for results.
Addresses performance and behavioral issues with speed and discretion.
Report directly to the Regional Manager regularly communicating updates.
Hire, train and evaluate team members
Complete and manage schedule
Manager labor costs
Order supplies
Manage store email and voicemail
Deposits and manage safe
Coordinate and reconcile inventory
Resolve customer complaints
Community marketing
Act as store contact for all corporate liaisons
Oversee financial responsibilities and ensure all practices and procedures are followed
Responsible for building and equipment maintenance and exterior grounds
45-50 hours per week
Pay is commensurate with experience
