-Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
-Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover.
-Answer phone calls with professionalism, assisting with inquiries and taking reservations.
-Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
-Provide information about menu items and specials to guests as needed.
-Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
-Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
