Good Clean Food Hawaii is a company of innovators. We grew out of a need for clean & convenient meals on Oahu that would allow people to eat healthy without the hassle of shopping, cooking, & cleaning. Our Kitchen Team performs skilled cooking duties and ensures high quality standards of food production and packaging at all times. Our Kitchen Team participates in all food preparation, packaging, general cleaning duties, storing of food and non-food supplies, and other tasks assigned by leadership. Will undertake all assigned duties with an effort to please our customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensures that food quality, quantity, freshness, and presentation meet company standards.
Assists with meal production including but not limited to: preparing, cooking, cleaning, and packaging meals.
Ensures all prepared items are labeled and dated.
Works to reduce waste and spoilage.
Ensures that production is done using correct measuring devices, and all recipes are accurately followed.
Follows and complies with established company procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
Keeps kitchen continually clean, well-maintained, and organized.
Refers to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for most up to date and complete policies and procedures.
Assist cooks in preparation and packaging of various foods as designated by the day’s prep list and in accordance with standard recipes & procedures.
Washes all Dishes and Maintains proper facility cleanliness.
Communicates with Kitchen Supervisor and Management throughout the shift regarding status of prep and availability of product.
Cleans, organizes, and maintains walk-in refrigerator, prep, and dry storage area.
Stores and properly handles raw or prepared foods and non-food supplies.
Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen in a safe and proper manner.
Maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene.
Follows safety regulations, reporting injuries or any unsafe conditions and work practices to the supervisor.
All other duties as assigned.
