Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead team performance, and ensure excellent customer service. The General Manager is responsible for managing staff, improving operational efficiency, achieving financial goals, and maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, train, and develop team members to achieve performance goals
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability
- Maintain high standards for customer service and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
- Analyze operational challenges and implement solutions for improvement
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
Qualifications
- Previous management or general management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, and operational planning
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (if applicable)
