Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with our supervising physician.
Spearhead clinical operations and lead the development of medical programs and protocols.
Collaborate with chiropractic and regenerative providers for cohesive care plans.
Introduce and grow revenue-generating services such as IV therapy, weight loss, hormone therapy, and wellness programs.
Contribute to business development, marketing strategy, and community outreach.
Participate in insurance credentialing and help ensure payer alignment and billing optimization.
Track performance metrics, manage patient outcomes, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina (Required)
Preferably credentialed with major insurance companies (Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, etc.)
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
Strong leadership qualities with an interest in growing a medical program from the ground up
Positive, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Experience in integrative or startup practice settings is a plus
Business development or clinical operations experience is highly desirable
