Position Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, organization, and general maintenance of the facility, equipment, and surrounding property. This is an early-morning position requiring someone who is dependable, hands-on, organized, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and unload incoming truck orders and deliveries.
Organize and maintain inventory to ensure supplies and materials are easy to locate.
Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment to help ensure it remains in safe and proper working condition.
Perform routine maintenance and address minor repairs as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the building, work areas, and surrounding lot.
Keep storage areas organized and free of clutter.
Monitor equipment and facility conditions and report larger maintenance or repair needs.
Assist with general facility upkeep and other maintenance-related tasks as needed.
Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Work independently during early-morning hours while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
