Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization within the meat department according to store policies.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize meat room preparation areas, equipment to include slicers, grinders, saws, and floors
Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment as needed for cleaning
Report low levels of cleaning and sanitizing materials
Observe policies and procedures established for the department
Observe all state health regulations
Assume additional duties as required
