Expectations, but not limited to:

* Be over 18 years old.
* Flexible availability- able to work at least 8 hour shifts with a starting time of 2 pm minimum and close the restaurant. Must be able to work Fridays and Saturdays.
* Previous leadership experience required.
* Must be reliable and on time.
* Present yourself professionally to include appearance, a respectful behavior and integrity.
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high volume environment with a sense of urgency.
* Be able to effectively communicate to your Team, other Leaders, Directors and Operator.
* Demonstrate the ability to train others.
* Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all employees of the restaurant with respect.
* Respectfully provide feedback and direction.
* Lead Team with best practices and adhere to all restaurant policies themselves.
* Communicate Team Member performance to Directors for appropriate handling.
* Demonstrate the ability to work in all positions and lead from a position, if needed.
* Address and solve guest issues.
* Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture and standard of excellence.
