We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Operations Leader to join our team.

The Assistant Operations Director is generally a full time opportunity and offer excellent benefits. This position requires open availability to work day, night, and weekend shifts.
Prior experience as a restaurant general manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, shift lead, Restaurant assistant general manager very helpful to your success at this job.

Job Description:
The Director of Operations exists to directly affect the growth and success of the restaurant by maintaining the vision of the Operator through operational success and excellence. Characteristics:
Proven track record of success
Clear knowledge of safety and security
Ability to delegate and communicate clearly
Ability to troubleshoot equipment failure and power outages
Expects Saturday to be a regular work day with rare exceptions
Delegate, communicate, and hold managers accountable for results on a weekly basis
Good moral character in the restaurant and community
Trustworthy with all aspects of finances and inventory
Willing to perform the job they ask others to do
Put the interest of the restaurant and team above personal interests
In good standing with leadership, peers, and team members
Ability to relate well with others in the restaurant and particularly the community
Energetic and able to inspire team members for special events, sales goals, and promotions
Have an infectious “can do” attitude which influences results
Meets and exceeds all Pyramid of Success guidelines
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Able to perform all the responsibilities of a Manager such as opening and closing, providing direction, acknowledging and inspiring others to great performance.
Troubleshoot operations and make decisions that lead to increase in labor productivity
Will support Director of operations and provide input into both day and night operations
Regularly check e-mail and follow-up
Meet with Operations director to challenge yourself, ideas, and methodology
Effectively handle interpersonal issues and brief Operator on re-occurring/serious issues
Provides accountability to all team, including leadership ,for operational success
Position requires open availability to work day, night, and weekend shifts.
