Our Restaurant Customer Service / Cashier / FOH Crew Member / Team Members are the face of our company and are the first step in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests.

The Front of House Team Member's responsibility is to continually interface with guests to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service.

Front of House Team Member positions that are available at Chick-fil-A Northshore Town Center include front counter cashiers, dining room hosts/hostesses, drive-thru order takers, drive-thru payment, drive-thru meal delivery, baggers, inside meal delivery and beverage & dessert makers. Team Members will assist in multiple areas listed above.
