We're looking for a creative, motivated, and community-minded individual to join our leadership team and lead the marketing efforts for both of our Lumberton restaurants!

This position is about much more than managing social media. We're looking for someone who can build meaningful relationships, develop and execute marketing strategies, coordinate community events, and help us grow our business while sharing the Chick-fil-A Lumberton story.

Compensation and Benefits:

Schedule and Expectations:
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with flexibility in scheduling. Candidates must be available for occasional evening events, most weekends, and major holidays. Our restaurants are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Leadership and Collaboration:
This position reports directly to our Chief Operations Leader and works closely with the Operations Directors of both restaurants.
