Position Summary
The Prep / Salads / Produce Team Member is responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, assembling salads and fruit, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized. This role requires strong attention to detail, urgency, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prepare fresh produce, salads, fruit, and other menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Wash, cut, portion, and label ingredients accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked prep area
Monitor product quality and freshness
Complete daily cleaning and prep checklists
Communicate effectively with kitchen and leadership
Support the team during peak hours as needed
Requirements
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and consistency
Ability to follow systems and processes
Comfortable working with knives and kitchen equipment
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Early morning and weekend availability preferred
