As part of the management team at Chick-fil-A Mid Rivers, you will work closely with other leaders to develop our team and shape the future of our business. This job centers around 5 Key Accountabilities.
1. Job Development- Hire, position, and train the right team members for the right roles. Provide accountability and feedback for prioritizing job expectations and following restaurant compliances.
2. Business Development- Grow the business by utilizing knowledge to promote guest satisfaction and profitability. Set goals to ensure priorities are aligned.
3. Self-Development- Takes the initiative to own personal growth and ask the powerful questions that lead to discovery and innovation.
4. Leadership Development- Increase leadership growth, knowledge, and capacity within the team by providing coaching, opportunities, and resources.
5. Live The Brand- By valuing relationships and results while believing and modeling the vision of the restaurant.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Available 35-45 hours per week. Shifts will include a mix of day, evenings, and Saturday's
Participate in day to day operations and activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
Able to identify problems and create solutions
Detail oriented
Passion for growing and developing other leaders
Apply good stewardship practices of all resources (i.e. labor, food, and paper cost)
Promote the store vision- “Create REMARKable experiences for every guest, all day, everyday”
Innovate new and improved experiences for guests

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat and we bread it by hand all day, 6 days a week in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Front of house team members help connect guests with the unique Chick-fil-A menu items. They also extend the hospitality model to create an atmosphere where guests feel safe, welcome, and cared for.
