Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in the preparation and packaging of catering orders to Chick-fil-A’s quality standards.
-Ensure accuracy and timeliness of catering orders for pickup and delivery.
-Support catering deliveries by organizing orders and assisting with transportation
logistics.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering area, storage, and kitchen.
-Assist in managing catering supplies, including utensils, napkins, and condiments.
-Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients, ensuring satisfaction with their orders.
-Collaborate with the Catering Director to fulfill large or special event orders.
-Follow all food safety and hygiene standards set by Chick-fil-A.
-Uphold Chick-fil-A’s core values and mission to serve guests with hospitality.

Requirements:
-Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
-Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
-Ability to lift and carry moderate weights (food trays, catering bags, etc.).
-Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if assisting with deliveries).
