Responsibilities:
Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all back-of-house areas
Keep dish machines operating efficiently and report any maintenance concerns
Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors throughout service and after closing
Remove trash and recycling while maintaining a clean loading and dumpster area
Clean and sanitize work surfaces, shelving, equipment, walls, and other kitchen areas
Restock cleaning supplies and assist with organization of storage areas
Support cooks and chefs with basic kitchen tasks as needed
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
Previous dishwasher, steward, porter, janitorial, or restaurant experience is preferred but not required
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is preferred
