Requirements/Responsibilities
Provide friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment
Accurately process transactions using POS systems and handle cash responsibly
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including equipment and customer areas
Restock supplies, cups, ingredients, and merchandise as needed throughout shifts
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown
Handle customer questions or concerns professionally to ensure a positive experience
Requirements
Previous barista or food service experience preferred (training often provided)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Comfortable multitasking and working as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems
