Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair major home appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, window AC units)
Install replacement parts and complete quality repairs efficiently
Follow company CDA procedures to minimize repeat repairs and control costs
Maintain accurate parts inventory tracking and process timely returns for proper credits
Account for customer-owned and store-stock units
Maintain company-provided tools, equipment, cell phone, and laptop

Required Qualifications:
EPA Certification (Required)
Appliance repair experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and service manuals
Experience with electronic repair tools and diagnostic equipment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic computer skills and time management abilities
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Physical Requirements:
Lift and transport items weighing 10-80 pounds (dolly provided)
Ability to stoop, bend, pull, reach, and grasp throughout the workday
