Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide amazing customer service.
2. Knows seasonality, care of plants and flowers.
3. Plan arrangement according to customer/store requirements.
4. Quality assurance checks of the department.
5. Proper handling and rotation of product.
6. Work within company programs, policies and procedures.
7. Promote and support established programs.
8. Day to day operational procedures to ensure stock level, inventory, and cleanliness.
9. Promote Sales.
10. Promote a safe working environment.
11. Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent preferred.
• Plant knowledge, designing skills or experience a must..
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
