As a Market Operator at Primo Partners, you lead with heart and operational excellence. You are responsible for overseeing the performance and culture of two Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shops, ensuring they deliver world-class hospitality and embody Primo’s values of Servant Leadership, Hospitality, and Growth. This role blends people leadership, operations management, and strategic execution to drive business performance, guest satisfaction, and community impact.
You’ll serve as both a coach and a culture carrier—building strong teams, optimizing daily operations, and creating a fun, high-performing environment where people and profits grow together.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of two Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shops, ensuring exceptional guest and team experiences.
- Lead and develop teams through coaching, training, and hands-on support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and operational procedures.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and team performance to meet business goals.
- Implement and track marketing and sales initiatives to increase awareness and revenue.
- Support new shop openings by ensuring readiness and operational excellence.
- Maintain clean, safe, and compliant shop environments.
- Analyze financial reports and identify opportunities to optimize results.
- Represent Primo Partners in the community and build relationships with local partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing two or more retail or food service units.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, training, and coaching.
- Strong operational knowledge, including budget and P&L management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for servant leadership and hospitality-driven operations.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience opening or launching new locations is preferred.
- Willingness to travel between shop locations regularly.
