Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, or sanding as needed
Apply powder coatings or wet paint using spray equipment and established procedures
Operate curing ovens and handle parts safely during the coating process
Inspect finished parts for proper coverage, color, and finish quality
Maintain painting and powder coating equipment, ensuring everything is clean and in good working order
Follow all safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in powder coating or industrial painting (preferred)
Knowledge of surface prep, coating application, and curing processes
Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules
Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with metal fabrication or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with different coating materials, colors, and finishes
Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus
