Responsibilities
Perform a variety of tasks throughout the foundry and manufacturing process
Operate and assist with foundry equipment and machinery
Prepare materials and products for production
Follow production procedures and safety guidelines
Inspect materials and finished products for quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment
Work effectively with supervisors and other team members
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements
Previous foundry experience is required
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong attention to safety and detail
Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to perform physical job duties associated with foundry work
