- Develop and manage a high-performing team, ensuring all members are aligned with the company’s values and goals.
- Enhance community engagement and uphold the brand's commitment to social responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-time management of the business with flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Oversee the integration, training, and development of team members.
- Maintain operational excellence in both in-store and off-premise settings.
- Implement strategic business and marketing plans as directed by upper management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for community service and brand representation.
