The Sous Chef position is responsible for assisting the Chef in the management of all culinary operations and duties in the restaurant. This role is directly accountable for the quality of food delivered to the guest and kitchen execution as well as driving profitable sales growth. The Sous Chef also manages the guest experience, Team Member performance, and restaurant financials.
Supervisor Responsibilities and Qualifications:
• Ideal candidates should possess a formal culinary degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of kitchen/culinary management experience.
• Kitchen operations knowledge and ability to problem-solve and implement solutions.
• Knowledge of business process and system development.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Effective communication skills.
