Think All-In LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. The Dispatcher/Lead Driver goes All-In to maintain our delivery completion rates so every delivery driver can get Amazon orders to the customer’s door on-time.

As our Dispatcher/Lead Driver, you are responsible for driver success in ensuring our last mile delivery delights thousands of customers every day.

The Dispatcher/Lead Driver sets high standards and goals for the performance and hospitality of all drivers. We expect our managers to continually identify ways to improve our operations and actively engage with leadership to implement improvements on behalf of drivers and customers.

This position requires a results-oriented, high-energy, dynamic individual with the stamina and mental agility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth delivery network. Excellent communication skills with all levels of management and staff will be imperative.

$19.00/hr, full-time/40+ hours available, paid time off, 3% retirement matching after 1 year, free tuition for online Associates, Bachelors, or Masters degree in select majors.

Be able to complete basic driver and step van qualifications in order to run delivery routes.

Plan, direct, supervise and control the execution of all business, technical, and fiscal functions of our fleet management program.

Perform general maintenance including but not limited to: changing tires, checking tread depth, brakes, replacing side steps, light bulbs, fuses, replenishing DEF, changing our mirrors and mirror parts.

Procure rentals and maintain enough vehicles to service our route commitments. Take vans to service shop and pick up, as needed.

File insurance claims for accidents to vans in the fleet.

Review monthly vehicle invoices.

Report on condition of the fleet and drivers at weekly meetings.

Define new processes to achieve efficiencies in both fixed and variable costs of the fleet management program. Pilot proposed changes and have the ability to work in a start-up type environment, dealing with ambiguity on a regular basis.

Partner with maintenance & safety leaders to analyze our existing processes and identify opportunities to improve and optimize current operations.

Mobilize company resources through effective liaison with vendors and support departments to create projects capable of driving the business forward and enhancing the customer and driver experience.

Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with our organization’s policies and procedures.

Raise the safety, quality, productivity, and capacity performance On-Road via data and metrics analysis. This could include pilots and program development. It also means ensuring training is completed and proper standard work is followed.

Champion excellent driver and customer experience while continuously improving our last mile On-Road performance. Be a subject matter expert for all delivery associate process areas. Manage drivers and implement incentive programs to help our team achieve our goals.

Work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Must be able to do the following with or without reasonable accommodation:

Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

Stand and walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours

Push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds

Engage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists

Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud

Work in an environment where the temperature may vary between 60 and 90 degrees, occasionally exceeding 90 degrees

Basic qualifications:

1+ years management experience in a production, delivery or distribution environment

Experience managing an hourly workforce

Ability to use good judgment amidst changing priorities

History of developing strong, value-add partnerships

Solution oriented, analytical approach to problems

Excellent communications skills and a high bar for accuracy and detail

Experience with performance metrics and process improvement

Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations

Outstanding driving record
