Personable and energetic professional who will be responsible for bar staff development and training, with emphasis on excellent guest service and experience, responsible service, and innovation of products and processes. You will implement policies and procedures to ensure beverage department goals.
Essential Job Functions, but not limited to:

+ Meeting and or exceeding budget requirements, percentages, etc.
+ Effective and ongoing costs control and management
+ Ensure our guests receive the highest quality of service
+ Implementing policies and procedures to reach beverage program goals
+ Coach and supervise bar and restaurant staff in accordance with Company policy and procedures.
+ Development of team through organized staff training and ongoing knowledge-sharing and ongoing training
+ Always lead with an emphasis on responsible alcoholic beverage service
+ Ensure high standards of health, safety, and alcohol control are maintained at all times
+ Inventory control – regular inventory of alcoholic and select non-alcoholic beverages and miscellaneous beverage items
+ Ordering of all alcoholic and specified non-alcoholic beverages and products

Job Requirements:

+ Proven ability to lead a team, establish service standards and positively influence employee behavior
+ A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory position; with a minimum of 2 years active bartending experience
+ Extensive wine and spirits knowledge to direct a continually evolving beverage program
+ Impeccable service standards and attention to detail
+ Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere
+ Professional demeanor and polished appearance with the ability to interact with customers, vendors and team members from all departments of the hotel
+ Excellent verbal communication skills
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule

Job Qualifications:

+ Education: Valid certification for the serving of alcohol and proof of current food handler's certificate
+ Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory position; with a minimum of 2 years active bartending experience
