Requirements/Responsibilities
The Service Coordinator's primary accountability is to perform service warranty work on company owned merchandise preparing the required paperwork and documentation associated with the servicing. The Service Coordinator must exercise proper judgement regarding the cost of repair versus the remaining value of each piece of furniture.
The Service Coordinator is expected to obtain and maintain all warranty certification required from each relative vendor. The Service Coordinator will explain all work done on a piece of merchandise.
This necessitates the ability to repetitively lift and maneuver all store products and equipment including but not limited to: household furniture, appliances, and electronics.
