We are the oldest and largest window manufacturer in North America. We need well-spoken, energetic and money-motivated managers who want to learn new skills to begin a management career with unlimited opportunities.

Team agent positions are part-time. Our full-time with great benefits including health, dental, vision. We offer a lucrative performance-based compensation plan including a base pay of $12-16.00 per hour + bonuses to exceed $20, 30, 40.00 per hour.

Team agents will become proficient to speak directly with prospective homeowners in Saint Louis County and throughout Southwest Illinois engaging homeowners with a meaningful conversation about current problems regarding windows and doors, generate interest to schedule appointments for our Design Consultants to assess for window and door replacement.

• Is proficient by learning and delivering appointment presentation to homeowners
• Provides nightly reporting of activity metrics including appointments scheduled
• Attends daily pre-shift meetings – on time
• Abides in digital logistics by working daily assignments
• Complies with all municipal laws and statutes
• Maintaining constant communication with team manager/director and/ISC (inside sales center)
• Respects our vehicle with daily maintenance – complying safety belt secured
• Responsible for assets assigned, including iPads, assigned attire, etc.
• Learns our creative selling techniques to schedule quality appointments
• Brings a sales acumen consisting of a previous door-to-door sales, sales management and/or appointment setting
• Passes a criminal background screen
• Understands that the position is walking daily for 4-6 hours
• Agrees to work specific schedule, including Saturdays and some Sundays
• Exemplifies with an Attitude That Determines Altitude
