We are the oldest and largest window manufacturer in North America. We need well-spoken, energetic and money-motivated managers who want to learn new skills to begin a management career with unlimited opportunities.

Team manager positions are full-time with great benefits including health, dental, vision. We offer a lucrative performance-based compensation plan including a base pay plus bonuses to exceed $110,000-120,000 per year.

Team managers will become proficient to coach team members to speak directly with prospective homeowners throughout Saint Louis County and Southwest Illinois engaging homeowners with a meaningful conversation about current problems regarding windows and doors, generate interest to schedule appointments for our Design Consultants to assess for window and door replacement.

Requirements/Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | THE ROLE | STL PROXIMITY DEPARTMENT – NEIGHBORHOOD MARKETING
• Is proficient by learning and delivering appointment presentation to homeowners
• Provides nightly reporting of team hours and activity metrics including appointments scheduled
• Completes necessary paperwork and/or email correspondence promptly
• Leads daily pre-shift meetings
• Learns strategic logistics to assign work assignments for team members
• Complies with all municipal laws and statutes
• Maintaining constant communication with director and/our ISC (inside sales center)
• Drives safely complying with traffic laws with all safety belts secured
• Responsible for assets assigned, including vehicle maintenance, iPads, assigned attire, etc.
WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON
• Teaches effectively by leading by example with creative selling techniques
• Brings a sales acumen consisting of a previous door-to-door sales, sales management and/or appointment setting
• Passes a criminal background screen, DMV and drug screen
• Understands that the position is to coach team members by walking daily for 4-5 hours
• Agrees to work specific schedule, including Saturdays and some Sundays
• Accepts position to build team with urgency
• Exemplifies with an Attitude That Determines Altitude
