Role and Responsibilities
Canvass Team Manager is responsible for hiring, training, recruiting and coaching a team of 8 - 10 canvass agents to generate qualified appointments. Leadership abilities are a must in this role, as the success or failure of the team is the responsibility of the Canvass Team Manager. Canvass Team Managers are held to a high standard regarding results, responsibilities, and progress of Canvass Team. Renewal by Andersen has a proven methodology that we are required to uphold and instill. Our ideal candidate will use their skills as a leader and as a producer to implement our methodology to produce results daily.

Prior experience in retail sales, store manager, team management, section supervisor, shift lead, account executive is highly desirable.
Our ideal candidate must have the ability to manage time effectively, take direction constructively and be open to new ideas, and yet be innovative to think outside the box to bring an excitement to enhance productivity. We seek a proven producer in sales, leadership and recruiting. We expect Canvass Team Managers to lead from the front if agents are expected to produce at a high level.

This is a full-time, salaried position with a performance-based bonus structure, which is uncapped. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Vacation.
