Description
At Payless Water Heaters & Plumbing, we specialize in repairing and replacing residential water heaters. We are looking to add a dispatch/customer service representative to our great Call Center team. This is a part-time position.
As a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative, you’ll utilize our unique computer scheduling program (Service Titan) to efficiently dispatch our expert team to their jobs, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. You’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers seeking assistance with water heater issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to follow a required call script.

What You'll Do:
• Dispatch our skilled technicians to service calls
• Close out completed jobs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage schedules effectively and prioritize tasks
• Answer incoming calls from customers with water heater issues
What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience in customer service and/or dispatching preferred
• Availability to work evenings
• Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain professionalism
• Typing speed of 25-35 WPM and proficiency with computers
