Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage quality and service
• Promote a positive work environment committed to the care, growth and development of the team
• Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
• Train, retain and attract top talent
• Uphold Food Safety Standards

Qualifications
• At least 1-2 years' of full-service restaurant management depending on position applying for
• Italian restaurant experience is a bonus
• Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
