Manage client meetings.

Manage company calendar and schedule

Respond to all incoming requests for consults by calling to schedule a phone interview and prescreen PC.

Handle orders, shipping, and receiving.

Update material order list for each project and print reports for our project leaders.

Provide an updated order list with anticipated material orders for each project.

Create Warranty Books at the end of each project.

Request and obtain client reviews.

Product and Material research for projects.

Assist designer and assist in creating specification sheets and mood boards

Maintain and organize the showroom.


You need to be someone who cares about having a great outcome and relationship with the clients and will work hard to make sure it happens.
You must be able to work in a team environment humbly knowing that our projects succeed by the efforts of everyone on our team.
No talking behind someone’s back. If you feel you have been wronged by an individual, please find time to discuss the issue at hand with that individual. Discussing any part of an event with others, is considered gossip.
You need to be hungry to learn the ways of our business process and be ready to contribute ways of improving that process in the years to come. If you are the type of person that needs a list given to them every day and you will only work off that list, this is not a place you will be happy.
You have to be detailed oriented and a person who finds joy in following systems and processes.
