Sales Support Representative (Full Time and/or Part-Time)

This role will focus on sales, service and customer growth and be the initial contact for our online customers.
They will provide a high level of customer service and care by phone, email, text.

Part-Time Positions starting up to $14/hr
Full-Time Positions starting up to $15-$17/hr

Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 day waiting period from the 1st of the month after hire date. We offer; medical, dental and vision

After 90 days of full-time employment, employees begin accruing their vacation at 3 WEEKS PER YEAR, are eligible for monthly profit sharing bonus of the store and holiday pay!

Main responsibilities will include:  

- Responding to customers submitting online sales leads
- Achieving online lead conversions goals
- Utilizing web chat to assist customers, address questions and gain sales and sales leads
- Locating product for customers from warehouse and various stores
- Assisting customer in completing rental orders electronically
- Coordinating completion of rental order with customer’s specific store
- Assisting stores with completion of weekly and monthly sales calls
- Supporting stores with account retention calls as needed
- Communication with District manager and staffs in an assigned district regarding
customer interactions, performance, inventory, and goals

About the role: This is a new role at Majik and this position will likely evolve from its initial concept. The vision is that this employee will support one of the three districts in the responsibilities outlined above.

They will work within a store in an office area away from the counter with some potential longer term to work from home. The person in this role must be a strong communicator, be self-reliant, have a drive for results.

Requirements: candidate will train in store before moving fully into role to learn all aspects of operations,  ability to work independently and obtain results, high level of customer service skills, problem solving skills, fluent in both Spanish and English a Plus
