Manage the fry station of the kitchen

Administer all food orders and ensure adequacy of all supplies and ingredients for everyday cooking and maintain all sanitary requirements for same.

Prepare all food orders according to required standards and procedures according to required food production standards and prepare daily production schedule and cut all fish and poultry according.

Manage all meat, poultry and fish prior to cooking and ensure compliance to all quality standards and ensue storage of all food items appropriately.

Perform all food preparation efficiently and maintain minimum wastage at all times.

Maintain neat and clean work station area.

Ensure all work adhere to recipes and menu of restaurant.

100% Stand or walk.
75% Reach, bend, stoop and wipe.
60% Perform job at continuous high pace, under pressure, while maintaining quality & speed standards.
50% Lift and carry sacks, boxes, product up to 50 pounds from floor to above waist level, approx. 20 feet and sometimes involving stairs

ESSENTIAL TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Successful completion of hourly position validations, including reading training materials and watching videos.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must meet any state age qualifications. Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, salamander, stoves, ovens, and broiler strongly desired.
