Responsible for bulk cooking projects:
Mushroom gravy
Marinara sauce
Braised chicken
Pork adobo
Lechon Kawali
Grilled chicken for sandwich
Searing fish cooking shrimp
Cooking pasta
Macaroni salad
Small batch sauces and dressings

Job also includes:
Putting away deliveries
Line cooking
Uphold standards in sanitation
5 yrs minimum kitchen line work
2 yr minimum supervisory experience
Sauté, broiler, pantry, sanitation and knife skills are musts!
Excellent customer service skills,
Positive attitude and hard working,
Ability to work well in a team environment &
Perform in high tempo & fast paced kitchen
